How to Track Your Order
- Check your email - Look for your dispatch confirmation email from Underfoot
- Click the tracking link - This will take you directly to the courier's tracking page
- Enter your tracking number - If needed, you can manually enter the tracking number provided in your email
- View real-time updates - See exactly where your order is and when it will arrive
Tracking Information
UK Orders: Tracking numbers are provided for all UK deliveries. You can track your parcel with Royal Mail or our courier partner.
International Orders: All international shipments include full tracking. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear once your order has been dispatched.
When Will I Receive Tracking?
You'll receive your tracking information within 1-2 working days of placing your order, once your parcel has been collected by our courier.

If you haven't received tracking information within 2 working days, or if your tracking isn't updating, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
