At Underfoot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your socks, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

You can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We believe you should love your socks, and if they're not quite right, we'll make it right.

What Can Be Returned?

Eligible for return:

  • Unworn socks in original packaging with tags attached
  • Items in resalable condition
  • Products returned within 30 days of delivery

Not eligible for return:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us - Email us via our Contact page or get in touch directly with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive your returns label - We'll send you a prepaid returns label (UK only) and instructions
  3. Pack your items - Place items securely in the original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship your return - Attach the returns label and drop off at your nearest post office or collection point
  5. Receive your refund - Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days

Return Shipping Costs

UK Returns: We'll provide a prepaid returns label at no cost to you.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of us receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We're happy to help! Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. We'll send out your replacement item as soon as we receive your return.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange:

  • A replacement sent out straight away if still in stock, or
  • A full refund including original shipping costs
  • A prepaid returns label at no cost to you

Wrong Item Received

If we've sent you the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Contact us right away and we'll send the correct item immediately and arrange collection of the incorrect item at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 working days of us confirming receipt of your return:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company - it may take some time for the refund to post
  3. Contact your bank - processing times can vary
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
