Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment system.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@underfootsocks.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify it, but you can return items under our 30-day returns policy.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not currently, but our socks arrive in premium packaging that's perfect for gifting! If you'd like to include a gift message, please add a note at checkout.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

Royal Mail Tracked 48: From Β£2.95 (based on weight) – FREE on orders over Β£25
Royal Mail Tracked 24: From Β£3.95 (based on weight)
DPD Next Working Day: Calculated at checkout based on weight

All shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout using live Royal Mail and DPD carrier rates based on your order weight.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days from dispatch
Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days from dispatch
DPD Next Working Day: Next working day (for orders placed before our daily cut-off)

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed before our cut-off time are dispatched the same working day.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We're working on expanding our delivery options in the future.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Visit our Track My Order page for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy on unworn items in original packaging. Simply email us at hello@underfootsocks.com to initiate a return. See our full Returns Policy for details.

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange an item, please return it following our returns process and place a new order for your preferred size or style. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

We're sorry if you've received a faulty item! Please contact us immediately at hello@underfootsocks.com with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.

How do I choose the right size?

What are your socks made from?

Our socks are crafted from premium materials including cotton, bamboo, merino wool, and technical performance blends. Each product page lists the specific material composition and care instructions.

How do I care for my Underfoot socks?

For best results, machine wash at 30Β°C with similar colours. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Avoid bleach and ironing. Following these care instructions will help your socks maintain their quality and comfort for longer.

Are your socks suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Many of our socks feature natural, breathable materials like bamboo and cotton which are gentle on sensitive skin. We use seamless toe construction to prevent irritation. Check individual product descriptions for specific material details.

Account & Orders

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and access your order history for easier reordering.

How do I view my order history?

If you have an account, simply log in and visit your account dashboard to view all past orders. If you checked out as a guest, your order confirmation email contains all the details you need.
