30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to love your Underfoot socks. If something’s not quite right, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.
Once cancelled, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Our 30-day returns policy simply gives you a bit more time.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at hello@underfootsocks.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll send you return instructions

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  4. Send it back using a tracked service (return postage is your responsibility)

  5. Once received and checked, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging with tags intact

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on worn, washed, or incomplete items.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.
Standard delivery charges are refunded in line with consumer law.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or style, please follow the returns process above and place a new order for your replacement item. This helps us get your socks to you faster.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@underfootsocks.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

In line with the Consumer Rights Act, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund β€” including return postage where applicable.
