Subscription Policy

How it works

When you subscribe, you'll receive fresh socks every month with 10% off each delivery. We'll charge your payment method automatically before each shipment goes out.

Billing & payments

Your card is charged on the same date each month, just before we dispatch your order. You'll get a reminder email a few days beforehand. If payment fails, we'll retry and send you a notification so you can update your details.

Managing your subscription

Log into your account and go toΒ Manage subscriptionsΒ to pause, skip a delivery, or cancel anytime.Β Changes made before your billing date will apply to the next order.

  • Pause: Your subscription stops until you resume it
  • Skip: Miss one delivery, then continue as normal
  • Cancel: No further charges or deliveries

Shipping & delivery

Subscription orders follow our standard shipping rates and timescales. You can update your delivery address anytime from your account.

Returns & refunds

Subscription orders are covered by our standard returns policy. If you're not happy with your delivery, contact us within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
